Rev. Harold E. Bailey, founder and president, continues on the front-line communicating with our many young men and women.  He preaches, teaches, and pleads with them to get off the many corners of our cities, and he invites them to get back into the main stream of education.

If you are aware of some young man or woman who has dropped out of the process of getting an education, you might want to give us a call, perhaps we can help in making that young person see the need.

If we don't educate - we going to incarcerate.  It is less expensive to educate than incarcerate!
